Accomodation
Goose Cottage is only a 3 minute drive from the local pub. Also the
local Tea Room is only about 1 mile from the holiday Cottage. Near the
Cottage is a small river which hosts an array of Wildlife.
The location of the Cottage helps you to relax within the quiet surroundings. Within a 10 minute drive is the local town of Brecon and also a 20 minute drive will take you to the local historic caves.

The cottage is surrounded by tranquil fields that border a small salmon river. There is an abundance of wildlife on and around Tylegarw and birds of prey, particularly red kites and buzzards are a common site.
At the rear there is a lawned garden with stunning views of the surrounding area.
Lounge
Open plan lounge and dining area with exposed beams, natural stone work and night storage heaters .Sitting area has a sofa and two chairs and electric flame-effect wood stove. TV and DVD player.
Dining Room
Open plan adjoining the lounge. There is a table and four chairs with a free standing lamp in the corner. There is also an electric storage heater.
Kitchen
Kitchen with fitted base units, single bowl sink and window with views over adjoining fields to the rear. Tiled flooring, beams and night storage heater.
Bedroom 1
Double Bedroom which is carpeted, with exposed beams and night storage heater. There are two side tables each with a lamp. There is also a Double wardobe.
Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 has two single beds. There are two sets of drawers with lamps. Thee is also a a velux window, which provides a view over the opposite field.
Bathroom/WC
Bathroom with panel bath, hand-held shower attachment, and pedestal wash basin & WC. Wall tiling and shaver light.
